What is the best paint for bathrooms?
I get asked quite a few questions on the best paint to use for bathrooms, so I thought I would give a few things to consider here, before you start the project.

Bathroom paint:- what you need to know
Naturally, with all paints, you would want the bathroom to be well ventilated as you don't want condensation to build up. No paint can stop moisture running down the walls if there is not enough ventilation.  It's important to ensure that there is an extractor and windows are being used when needed.
Frenchic Wall Paint can be used for bathroom walls.  The award winning paint is totally washable and scrubbable.

Can I paint a bath panel or radiator?
Yes- Frenchic Al Fresco Paint can be used to paint bath panels or radiators.  For radiators, you might want to try the 'sock method' to paint.  This means you wear a plastic glove on your hand, followed by a sock.  You can then paint with your hand in the sock and this allows you to access all the 'difficult-to-reach' parts of the radiator.

Can you paint ceramic tiles in a bathroom?
It is possible to paint tiles with Frenchic Al Fresco paint.  However, it is not recommended to paint tiles in an area where there will be standing water (in a shower cubicle for example).
In terms of prep, the tiles would need to be cleaned with Sugar Soap and then hand sanded so that there is something for the paint to 'grab' onto.

Is there anywhere that is not a good idea to paint in a bathroom?
With the right paint and enough ventilation, you can transform most areas of your bathroom with great, long-lasting results.  Just keep in mind not to paint any area that gets very wet or where there will be standing water.
Here are a few projects painted with Frenchic Paint.
