Refund policy

In the highly unlikely event you would like to return your products bought online here at Wish Upon Afar,  please follow these simple steps.

Please note, returns are only available within 14 days of receipt.  The product must be unopened and in its original packaging, with no other damage of markings applied.

1.  Please call us on 07964 305196 with your order number and the detail of when the product was purchased.

2.  You will need to arrange, at your own cost, to return the product(s) to the address below.  We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service:

3.  Once the parcel has arrived with us, we will check that it is in a saleable condition and then arrange for a refund to be processed for you.  A notification will be sent to the e-mail address on your order.

4.  The refund is then returned to you via the payment method you used (PayPal or WorldPay/Visa etc).  We do not have any control over the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account but it can take up to 10 working days.
